Visit options: North Carolina patients can be seen in person at our Raleigh office or by telemedicine. Wisconsin patients are seen by telemedicine only.
Cancellation policy: cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may forfeit $100.
